Niina Valtonen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Niina began their career in 2002 at Fibox Tested Systems Oy as an Office Worker. Niina then worked as a Phone Operator at Ahlsell Group from March 2003 to August 2003. Following that, they served as a Cafeteria Manager at PICNIC café from September 2003 to June 2004. Niina then worked as a Seller at R-kioski Oy from July 2004 to February 2005. In 2005, they worked as a Project Worker at Sakupe Oy from February 2005 to January 2006. From April 2008 to December 2008, they worked as a Phone Operator at Lujabetoni Oy. Niina then joined Savon Voima Oyj as a Biller from February 2009 to September 2010. From December 2012 to May 2014, they worked as a Salesperson at Osuuskauppa PeeÄssä. Niina'smost recent experience is with Kiho, where they first served as a Customer Service Specialist from September 2017 to February 2019, and then as a Customer Service Lead from February 2019 to the present day.

Niina Valtonen completed their Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree from Savonia University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 1998. Later, they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the same university from 1999 to 2002. Recently, in 2020 and 2021, they completed their Lähiesimiestyön ammattitutkinto from Rastor-instituutti.
