Ben Roberts has extensive experience in the food and agricultural industries, currently serving as Head of Operations at Kilcoy Global Foods since January 2021, where Ben also held roles as General Manager of Exports and Sales Manager. Prior to this, Ben worked at Teys Australia from 2012 to 2020 in various positions including Export Sales Manager for Japan and the MENA/SEA regions, and Sales Manager for co-products. Ben's earlier career includes roles at Cargill, where responsibilities included Boning Room Manager and Continuous Improvement Facilitator, and at Amcor as Production Scheduler/Customer Service. Ben participated in the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation's Course 21 from 2014 to 2015 and earned a degree from Charles Sturt University between 2000 and 2004.
