Catherine Neukranz

Catherine Neukranz has a diverse range of work experience. Catherine has most recently worked at Kilroy Realty Corporation, where they held roles as a Director of Activation, Events and Tenant Engagement for One Paseo and as a Retail Curation & Activations specialist. Prior to that, they worked as a Coordinator for Marketing and Content Management at Kilroy Realty Corporation. Catherine also has experience as a Capital Markets Marketing Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield, a Real Estate Intern at Shea Homes and William Lyon Homes, a Real Estate Consultant at Quixote Company, and a Real Estate Intern at Synergy Real Estate Group Corporate Advisory. Additionally, they have gained experience in various other roles, including Sales at Citrus Retail Boutique, Campus Tour Guide at the University of San Diego, Hostess at Servino Ristorante, and Nonprofit Intern at Summer Search.

Catherine Neukranz obtained their Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate with a Leadership Minor with a Non-Profit emphasis from the University of San Diego. Catherine attended the university from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they participated in a study abroad program called Semester at Sea, where they continued their studies in Real Estate. Throughout their education, Catherine also obtained additional certifications. In 2013, they obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Microsoft. Additionally, in 2022, they obtained the Real Estate Sales Associate certification from the California Department of Real Estate.
