Eileen Kong Ccim

Eileen Kong, CCIM has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Eileen started their career in 1998 as a Building Manager at Spieker Properties, where they managed multiple properties and was involved in leasing activities. In 2001, they joined Pacific Eagle Holdings as a Property Manager and later moved on to Legacy Partners Commercial as a Senior Property Manager. In 2007, they worked as an Asset Manager at Broadreach Capital Partners, where they managed a portfolio of office and industrial properties. Eileen then joined CAC Real Estate Management Co., Inc. as a Senior Property Manager in 2009. Since 2011, they have been with Kilroy Realty Corporation, where they have held various roles including Senior Asset Manager, Senior Portfolio Manager, Vice President of Asset Management, and currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Leasing. Throughout their career, Eileen has been responsible for overseeing leasing, operations, and the management of significant office assets in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Eileen Kong, CCIM completed their education between 1994 and 1997 at San Francisco State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
