Earlier in Dean's career, positions at Lion included Regional Sales Manager, Shopper Marketing Manager, and National Channel Manager - On Premise. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Psychology and Sociology from Curtin University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce with a major in Marketing from UNSW.
