Michael Roden

Michael Roden has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Midwest Regional Human Resources Manager at Vyotech Nutritionals until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Branch Manager and Business Development Manager at Spherion. In 2012, they joined Tekfor Inc as an HR-Employee Relations Manager before being promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager in 2013. In 2017, they became the Director of Human Resources, Americas (US/Mexico/Brazil), where they were responsible for various HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, performance management, compensation, organizational design, legal compliance, and employee relations.

After leaving Tekfor Inc in 2020, Michael Roden joined IES Infrastructure Solutions as the Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations until September 2022. Michael is currently employed as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Kimble Companies, starting in September 2022.

Michael Roden attended the University of Mount Union from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics. Michael later enrolled in Ashland University in 2018 and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Development by 2023.
