Charlton Austin

Charlton Austin is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Kin Insurance, Charlton has previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Cupola Software. Additional experience includes independent consulting and head of cross-platform infrastructure at Helm, co-founding and serving as CTO at The Tuesday Company, which focuses on civic technology, and holding various software engineering roles at CoreOS, HedgeServ, Intent Media Inc., and ThoughtWorks. Charlton's career began in the Marine Corps, where responsibilities included personal computer telephone technician and deployment as a truck driver.
