Andy Koziol

Andy Koziol is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering and Head of FinServ at Kin + Carta, Andy has overseen cloud, AI, enterprise architecture, and DevOps initiatives. Previously, Andy held roles at Solstice as a Technical Principal focusing on Cloud, IoT, VR, and mobile applications. Prior experiences at Motorola Mobility included serving as Senior Software Manager on the IoT team and as Software Manager for core mobile applications and services. Andy's career began at Motorola Mobile Devices, where responsibilities encompassed leading engineering teams. Academically, Andy holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
