Carla Findley

Carla Findley has a diverse work experience in the field of UX design and related roles. Carla is currently working as a UX Design Principal at Kin + Carta since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Transamerica as a Senior UX Researcher from March 2020 to the present. Carla also served as a Senior UX Designer at Transamerica from August 2018 to March 2020. Before joining Transamerica, they worked at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. as a User Experience Designer from January 2016 to June 2018. Carla also has experience as a Senior User Experience Designer at Susquehanna Bank from January 2008 to December 2015. In addition to their corporate experience, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design from September 2002 to May 2013, teaching digital design principles. Carla has also worked as an Art Director at TomSheehan Worldwide from August 2004 to December 2007 and as a Web Designer/Art Director at Cutting Edge Media from September 2001 to August 2004. Throughout their career, Carla has contributed to various projects and gained expertise in UX design, research, teaching, and art direction.

Carla Findley has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design and Visual Communications from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Carla has also obtained a certification in User Experience from the Nielsen Norman Group in 2016.
