Katerina Constantopoulou

Katerina Constantopoulou has worked in various talent acquisition roles throughout their career. Katerina is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead (Global Operations) at Kin + Carta, where they are responsible for hiring top talent. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Partner at Kin + Carta, where they focused on hiring for the company in the SEE and UK regions. Before joining Kin + Carta, Katerina worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Transifex, where they managed the full-cycle hiring process for the company globally. Katerina also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Jacobs, where they managed recruitment for interns and graduates in the UK and Ireland, as well as organizing and running the intern program. Katerina also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Citi on a fixed-term contract, where they gained exposure to graduate recruitment and managed a team of TA coordinators. Additionally, they have worked as a Talent Acquisition Analyst at JLL and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Canonical Ltd. Katerina's career in talent acquisition began as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist at The HR Work.

Katerina Constantopoulou holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Bournemouth University, obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Technological Educational Institute of Chalkida. In addition to their formal education, Katerina has obtained various certifications, including a Photography Degree from the University of Westminster and a Project Management Diploma from Kariera.gr | Careerbuilder Greece. Katerina also holds an MBA diploma from City College, a Public Relations Diploma from Kariera.gr | Careerbuilder Greece, and a Cambridge Proficiency in English certification from Cambridge University Press. Katerina is also a member of the CIPD.
