Tom Luxon

Tom Luxon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Tom currently holds the position of Global Information Technology Director at Kin + Carta, starting in September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of CDS Digital Operations at the same company from October 2021 to December 2023. Before joining Kin + Carta, Tom was the Head of Digital DevOps at Edit from March 2021 to November 2021. Tom also held the role of Information Technology & Governance Director at Edit from March 2020 to March 2021.

Tom's earlier work experience includes serving as the Head Of Information Technology and IT Infrastructure Manager at Occam DM from 2017 to 2018 and 2015 to 2017, respectively. Tom started their career at Admiralty as a Desktop Support Technician and later moved on to become a Back Office Support Technician. Tom also worked as an IT Support Technician at the University of Bristol and as a One Team Member at Dixons Retail. Overall, they have demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on delivering improved IT services and infrastructure.

Tom Luxon received their education from Bridgwater College, where they earned an AVCE degree in Information Communication Technology from 2002 to 2004 and an HND degree in Computing Software Engineering & Business Information Technology from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including the Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management from ILM in 2020, the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) from Scrum Alliance in September 2020, the ITIL Intermediate certificate in IT Service Design, the Certificate in Information Security Management Principles, and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2015, and the MCTS Windows 7 Configuration certification from Microsoft in 2012.
