Fabio de Faria has extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and human resources. Fabio started their career as a Data Analyst/Trainer at SDSU BIH Evaluation Office and later worked as a Statistical Analyst at County of San Diego, where they provided strategic program evaluation and planning. Fabio then joined Watson Wyatt as an Organization Effectiveness Consultant, where they provided human capital services to Fortune 500 companies.

Fabio then transitioned to The Hartford, where they held the positions of Sr. HR Business Partner/Manager and Sr. HR Business Partner/Director, providing talent management and strategic HR support for various divisions. Following this, Fabio worked as a Workplace Consultant at Gallup, where they facilitated workshops and provided expertise in employee engagement and performance management to clients of all sizes and industries.

Fabio then joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an HR Business Partner/Talent Consultant, supporting leaders and employees in Booz Allen's West Regional offices. Fabio also held the role of Human Capital Insights Consultant, conducting company-wide research and providing improvement recommendations.

Most recently, Fabio worked at TuSimple as the Director of Organizational Development, leading a team and overseeing strategy, planning, and execution in talent management, employee engagement/culture, and learning & development.

Currently, Fabio is working at Kinaxis as the VP, Talent Management & Total Rewards.

Fabio de Faria obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University between 1996 and 1998. Fabio then pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the same university, which they completed between 1999 and 2005.
