Michelle S. has extensive experience in HR services and transformation. Michelle is currently the Vice President of HR Services, Technology & Employee Relations at Kinaxis, where they oversee and leads a global HR Services organization. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of HR Transformation and People Experience at PointClickCare, where they led HR transformation activities and implemented an Employee Success shared services model. Michelle also has a strong background in HR leadership roles at IBM, including serving as the Global Head of HR Shared Services and the HR Chief of Staff & Executive HR Partner for Canada. Michelle has expertise in areas such as HR policies and programs, people analytics, systems architecture, and risk management. Michelle's work experience spans over two decades and they have demonstrated success in enhancing HR models, improving employee experiences, and managing large HR teams.

Michelle S. received their Bachelor's Degree in French from Brock University, which they completed between 1993 and 1997. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, such as IBM Agile Explorer, Licence to lead Badge, Human Resources in a Cognitive Era Solutions, People Analytics - Essentials, Be Equal Ambassador Badge, Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate Program from Queen's University, and several badges from Acclaim Badging including Disruptive HR in a Cognitive Era Badge, Enterprise Design Thinking Badge, and IBM Automation Practitioner Badge.
