Saujanya Shrivastava

Saujanya Shrivastava has a strong background in product management and technology. Saujanya is currently working as the Vice President of Product Management at Kinaxis since 2023. Prior to this, they held a director-level role at Shopify from 2018 to 2023, where they led the Shipping and Delivery department, spearheading initiatives to scale revenue and product adoption. Saujanya also played a key role in improving the inventory, fulfillment, and orders system of Shopify. Before Shopify, Saujanya worked as a Senior Manager of Product Management at eBay from 2015 to 2018. Saujanya began their career at Nokia, initially as a Senior Software Engineer from 2004 to 2008, and later as an Architect from 2009 to 2010. In addition, they had a summer internship at SAP/MIT Centre of Digital Business in 2011, where they worked on creating a next-gen platform strategy for SAP. Saujanya holds a degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, where they were part of the Class of 2012.

Saujanya Shrivastava has a Master's degree (S.M) in Joint Management and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a focus on Sloan and the School of Engineering. They also hold a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical with Computer Aided Design and Robotics from Aligarh Muslim University. Their education history also includes a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford. Additionally, Saujanya has obtained certifications in various programs, including the Empowered Workshop, Executive Education in Supply Chains from MIT, the Pathwise Leadership Development Program, and the Seth Godin Rising Talent Leadership Program.
