Rich Berger

Rich Berger has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rich is currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Operations & Engineering at Kinder's Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at Be A Mentor, Inc. Rich also worked as a Guest Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, where they shared valuable industry insights and discussed design principles. Before that, Rich held the position of Vice President of Engineering, Food Supply at Clif Bar & Company. Rich has a strong background in engineering, having served as the Head of Engineering at Bimbo Bakeries USA and as a Technical Sales Consultant at GE Power & Water. Rich's early career included roles as a Territory Manager at Babcock & Wilcox and an Intern at Boeing.

Rich Berger has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. In addition to their degree, they hold an EIT Professional Engineering Certificate from the State of Missouri, obtained in 1996. Rich also completed the Resident - Certified Baker Program at the Kansas State University - American Institute of Baking in 1996.
