Ryan Petschel

Ryan Petschel is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Software Team Lead at Digital Matter since May 2024, Ryan previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Kindle Insurance Technologies since November 2014, where responsibilities included the development and maintenance of the enterprise-level insurance software platform, KIT, with full-stack development in ASP.NET. Ryan started as a Software Engineer at Kindle Insurance Technologies, taking on various roles including Developer and Business Analyst. Academic qualifications include a BSc Honours in Information Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, both obtained from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a Grade 12 diploma from Krugersdorp High School.
