Crina Toth has extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership, currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Kindred Group plc since August 2014, where Crina has improved team productivity and morale by identifying and addressing impediments. Prior roles include Senior Java Developer at Kindred Group, Developer and Scrum Master at Cinnober Financial Technology, and Senior Java Developer at PlusFourSix AB, contributing to various projects ranging from trading systems to mobile marketing platforms. Crina began a career in software engineering at SynerTrade and has a solid educational foundation with a degree in Computer Science from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
