Erin Granados is a seasoned professional with a rich background in customer success, operations management, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Customer Success Operations Manager at KINETIC since April 2022 and as Office Manager and Executive Director at Forward Brunswick since February 2021, Erin has developed strategic plans, ensured compliance with regulations, and fostered partnerships for community revitalization projects. Previous roles include positions at Premium Retail Services, Pet Sit Girls, The Home Depot, and Aaron's, Inc., where Erin demonstrated strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
