Aleisha Fields is the Director of Account Management at Kinettix. Aleisha has over 20 years of experience in service delivery, project management, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Kinettix, they were the Service Delivery Manager at CompuNet, Inc. where they managed all service delivery activities for the Western Territory. This included delivery of professional services, growing PS revenues, project management, and overall client satisfaction with CompuNet PS.

Aleisha is a skilled leader and communicator with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Aleisha is adept at managing complex technical projects consisting of numerous interdependent work tracks and spanning multiple business units and portfolios. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their ability to effectively lead project teams and deliver results on time and within budget.

Aleisha is committed to providing a world-class customer service experience on all client engagements. Aleisha is accountable for managing client service delivery expectations and monitoring Statement of Work (SOW) quality. Aleisha also provides coaching and mentoring to engineers on SOW improvements and overall PS deal structures.

In their current role as Director of Account Management at Kinettix, Aleisha is responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery for the company’s clients. This includes project portfolio management, reporting dashboards, project delivery, SOW creation activities, and customer satisfaction with service delivery. Aleisha also manages and develops a team of service delivery personnel (Project Managers and Project Management Assistants) assigned to a particular CompuNet market.

Aleisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Aleisha Fields has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business. Her field is Information Technology Project Management.

They work with Phil Fanin - VP of Business Development, Bob Schwieterman - Solution Director, and Bob Supinger - VP of Operations. Their manager is Chad Mattix, CEO.
