Natisha Williams

Natisha Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Natisha is currently working as a People Operations Leader at King Insurance Partners since January 2023. Prior to this, from January 2022 to November 2022, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at JLL. From August 2020 to February 2022, they held the same position at Complete Health.

Before that, Natisha worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Tower Hill Insurance Group from May 2018 to June 2020. In this role, they focused on designing recruitment strategies, implementing talent assessment exercises, and creating key performance indicators for effective team and individual performance evaluations.

From July 2011 to May 2018, Natisha worked at Ackerman Security as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Natisha'sresponsibilities involved leading successful recruiting initiatives, establishing relationships with recruiting agencies, and effectively staffing the call center operation.

Prior to their tenure at Ackerman Security, Natisha worked at Naylor Association Solutions (Naylor, LLC) from June 2009 to December 2010 as a Sales Associate. Natisha exceeded project goals, increased new sales, and maintained a high average for renewal business. Additionally, they held various roles such as Sales Administrator, Office Manager, and Sales Consultant from April 2002 to June 2009. In these positions, they played a key role in starting up the Alpharetta office, negotiated contracts with outside vendors to reduce costs, and developed incentive programs to boost employee satisfaction and productivity.

Natisha Williams earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Colorado Technical University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they received a diploma from Gainesville High School from 1994 to 1998.
