Alex McCullagh

Alex McCullagh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in funds management, corporate governance, and risk compliance. Currently serving as In-House Counsel at King River Capital since May 2022, Alex also holds an associate role at Thaddeus Martin Compliance, focusing on funds management and corporate governance since September 2021. Previous roles include Legal Counsel at Export Finance Australia, as well as positions at Hamilton Locke and Gavin Parsons and Associates specializing in finance, restructuring, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Alex's legal foundation is supported by a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
