Role Overview: 

This role means you will be a key contributor with regards to your expertise. Work is determined with your direct manager with ongoing guidance from the team too. You will ensure that your work gets refinement by your manager and/or team on a regular basis. You will need to consider the implications to your team when structuring your approach for your work stream. There will be cross-functional engagement within the team with peers, managers and/or directors. It is essential that specialists focus on customer needs so you clearly align to business priorities. You will be tasked with problems that are routine and finite to showcase your abilities.

What You Will Be Doing:  

  • Manage & align promotional spend & weekly spends 
  • Implement & automate journeys to increase Cross-Sell and Up-sell 
  • Work with engineers to implement technical and automated content 
  • Work with Data Analyst and Data Scientist to validate impact of campaigns 
  • Work with Data Engineers to enhance the data available for targeting 
  • Spearhead content localization tailored to each country, segment, and persona. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing/content team to customize user journeys across various channels, addressing each segment and stage of the client lifecycle. 
  • Manage and optimize a comprehensive CRM Request and Execution Calendar. 
  • Work with the marketing team to drive performance, ensuring our brand, product, and partners are communicated effectively and engagingly. 
  • Coordinate with the tech team to develop event-based triggers, fully automating the marketing funnel AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Reactivation, and Referral). 
  • Design personalized user journey strategies using user attributes, behavior, and preferences. 
  • Create detailed and effective briefs for creative teams, providing campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and deliverables. 
  • Develop email, SMS, and push-notification programs that support the lifecycle marketing strategy for BetKing users, covering onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. 
  • Lead experimentation initiatives and roadmap for consumer growth marketing efforts across owned channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. 
  • Execute AB tests, validate results using statistical techniques, and communicate learnings and success to various stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of CRM initiatives, from ideation to development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Prepare weekly reports assessing the effectiveness of executed campaigns and conduct brainstorming sessions for future ones. 

What You Need for This Role:  

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role. 
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and HTML. Familiarity with CSS and SQL will be beneficial, while Python and API knowledge would be a differentiator. 
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove, Braze, or equivalent systems. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft compelling briefs for creative teams. 
  • Experience with lifecycle management and customer retention strategies. 
  • Excellent collaboration sk ills, and previous experience working with creative and technical teams. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. 
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
