Role Overview: 

The Head of Gaming is responsible for leading the Gaming division at KingMakers. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background with experience of leading Casino and/or Gaming divisions within the betting industry. This role is based onsite in St. Julian's, Malta.

What You Will Be Doing:  

  • Responsibility for setting and implementing the KingMakers Gaming strategy across our different brands. 
  • You will be responsible for managing the P&L performance and KPIs for our Gaming products.
  • Working closely with our Gaming partners and the KingMakers teams you will ensure we offer a market leading Gaming proposition.
  • Manage our commercial relationships with new and existing Gaming suppliers.
  • You will obsess about our customer’s behaviour to understand what Gaming products and offers will resonate most with them.
  • You will understand the product and regulatory requirements for new markets KingMakers may wish to enter.
  • Lead the operational needs of our Gaming products, particularly around game positioning and promotions.
  • Keep communication with your teams and other key stakeholders high. You will be a strong people leader who is able to communicate a clear vision and plan.
  • You will represent your team in the wider business demonstrating accountability for the overall performance of your team.  

What You Need for This Role:  

  • Strong commercial background with experience of managing and growing revenues of a Gaming vertical within a betting operator.
  • Betting and Gaming experience, with particular focus on Casino and Slots products.
  • Strong People Management; leadership and communication skills. 
  • You will have a ‘start up’ mentality, being prepared to go the extra mile to get the job done.
  • Strong analytical skills. You should be able to take input, data and insight from multiple sources and to draw informed conclusions.
  • Subject matter expertise. The market, competitors and customers move fast, so you need to help us keep up by staying on top of the trends in Gaming.
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft office suite.
