Happiness Emezue

Happiness Emezue is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and account processing. Currently serving as an Application Account Processing Officer at BetKing since April 2022, Happiness has also held the position of Customer Service Specialist at BetKing Nigeria since April 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Care Representative at Etisalat Nigeria from January 2014 to March 2016. Academic qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Ahmadu Bello University, obtained between 2006 and 2010, along with additional studies in brand communication and copywriting in 2015 and cake and event management in 2016.
