Grant Hughes

Grant is President, Canada at Kingsdale Advisors, having joined the firm in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over three decades of financial and professional services experience spanning Canada, the UK, and Australia.

At Kingsdale, Grant is responsible for all aspects of the proxy, corporate actions, and shareholder outreach services, including routine shareholder meetings, special situations requiring preferred shareholder approval, the full range of credit situations from simple consent to complex balance sheet recapitalization, friendly or hostile M&A activity, and proxy fights. Grant focuses on providing superior client service with an emphasis on strategic advice, development of key messaging and outreach strategies, and creative operational solutions for transactional or balance sheet recapitalization events.
