Himesh Ghai

Himesh Ghai joined Kingsdale Advisors in 2021 as Executive Vice President. He brings over 15 years of progressive legal and business experience, having advised boards and executive leadership teams on a broad range of strategic and operational matters, with expertise in M&A transactions.

Himesh began his career at Stikeman Elliott LLP where he focused on corporate and securities matters and M&A across multiple industries. He joined Grainger Canada (Acklands-Grainger Inc.) where he became Vice President and General Counsel, providing guidance to the company’s executive team on a wide range of legal, corporate M&A, regulatory and strategic matters. Most recently, Himesh served as the Vice President of Legal at MDA (MacDonald, Dettwiler & Associates Inc.) where he managed complex corporate, commercial, M&A, and litigation matters.

Himesh holds an LL.B. and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, with an area of focus in corporate law and finance.
