Niall Cotter

Niall is a professional accountant (CGA, CPA) with over 30 years of experience leading financial growth in both publicly traded and private companies.

As part of Kingsdale’s Executive Leadership team, Niall assists in developing and executing the company’s business and financial strategies. He oversees Kingsdale’s financial functions ensuring all financial controls, risk management, and accounting and management systems operate effectively and are in compliance with all U.S. and Canadian laws and regulations. He also oversees the company’s Human Resource and IT functions.

Prior to joining Kingsdale in 2014, Niall was the Financial Controller for SAP Canada - the Canadian Subsidiary of SAP AG, a publicly listed global software company. At SAP, Niall was involved with financial planning and reporting, operations support, acquisition integration, risk management, internal control, treasury, and ERP systems development and implementation during a period in which revenues of the company grew from $200M to $1B.

Originally from Ireland, Niall holds an Honours B.Comm. from University College Dublin.
