David Mansbach

David Mansbach is currently a Senior Partner at Kingsley Gate Partners, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they were Co-Founder & Managing Director of AETHOS Consulting Group from July 2013 to January 2021. AETHOS is a global firm specializing in executive search, compensation consulting and human capital business strategy implementation for the restaurant, hotel and gaming industries. From February 2009 to July 2013, David was President - The Americas for HVS Executive Search. Before that, they were Managing Director for Ferguson Partners from January 2008 to January 2009 and Managing Director for HVS Executive Search from October 1998 to December 2007. David began their career in the hospitality industry, holding various positions including Sales Manager at The Plaza Hotel New York from January 1996 to December 1998 and Conference Services Manager at The Plaza Hotel from January 1991 to December 1996.
