Sikiu Monteverde

Sikiu Monteverde is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as a Research Associate and LATAM Knowledge Center Analyst at Kingsley Gate since December 2022, Sikiu focuses on market intelligence and identifying key personnel for business opportunities in Colombia, Venezuela, and Mexico. Previous roles include recruiter at Akka Technologies, where Sikiu specialized in sourcing IT and engineering profiles, and Human Resources Specialist at Avila VA, managing the recruitment of virtual assistants.
