Richard Groleau

Richard Groleau is a seasoned professional in the mining industry, currently serving as Project Director at Kinross Gold Corporation since May 2024. With extensive experience, Richard has been President of Noansana Consulting Inc since January 2010, overseeing various mining projects for established companies including Eldorado Gold, Detour Gold, and Sundance Mining. In addition, Richard holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at Sundance Mining LLC and previously worked as Vice President of Projects at Horizonte Minerals Plc. Richard has also served as Construction Manager at Greenstone Gold Mines, Detour Gold Corporation, and Avanti Mining, contributing significant expertise to major mining construction projects. Early in the career, Richard was an Area Manager at BBA and a Shelter Manager for the Canadian Red Cross during the Haiti relief efforts.
