Frances Vega has a diverse work experience starting in 2010, where they worked as a Student Worker at the Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism. In this role, they edited the broadcast news program ATVN and uploaded it to the web.

Frances Vega began their education at California State University, Long Beach in 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Frances completed their undergraduate studies in 2010. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, Frances enrolled in the University of Southern California, where they obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism.
