Rolf Hofmann

Rolf Hofmann has a diverse work experience. Rolf is currently working at KION Group, where they hold the position of Vice President IT Business Partnering & Projects since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director IT Management Office at KION Group from January 2020 to September 2022. Before joining KION Group, Rolf worked as a Director IT Strategy & Transformation at Delphi Technologies from September 2017 to December 2019. Rolf also gained extensive experience at Accenture, where they served as a Senior Principal Business Transformation from April 2011 to August 2017. Rolf started their career at Software AG as a Manager Business Process Management from January 2005 to March 2011, and prior to that, they worked as a Consultant Process & Change at Electronic Data Systems from October 2001 to December 2004.

Rolf Hofmann completed the KION Global Executive Program in Leadership at INSEAD in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Diplom (BA) in Business Informatics from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) between 1998 and 2001.
