Theresa Fahrenberger

Theresa Fahrenberger is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation, benefits, and pension management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at KION Group since 2023, Theresa previously held the position of Senior Manager Global Pensions at the same company in 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, Theresa worked as an Associate Director specializing in bAV Admin at Willis Towers Watson. Experience also includes a role as Sachbearbeiterin in bAV-Consulting and actuarial reports at Ries Corporate Solutions GmbH from 2016 to 2018, and as a Sachbearbeitung for actuarial reports at Gassner und Partner from 2009 to 2016.
