Natasha Teal

Natasha Teal has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Contact Representative at Convergys Customer Management Canada Inc. Natasha then held roles at various organizations such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Assistant Branch Manager and Manager Trainee, Adecco as a Branch Manager, and New Vision, Inc as an Education Coordinator. In 2018, Natasha became an Adjunct Instructor at Austin Peay State University, Nashville State Community College, and Eastern Gateway Community College. Natasha also worked as a Manager Assistant and Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car during this time. In 2019, Natasha joined Teach For America as a 2019 Corps Member and held multiple positions at KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools including Lead Teacher, Grade Level Chair, Dean of School Operations, and Assistant School Leader of Operations. In 2022, they joined KIPP Nashville Public Schools as a Director of Operations and Director of Operations In-Residency.

Natasha Teal has a Master's Degree in Corporate Communications from Austin Peay State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at the same university from 2009 to 2012.
