Stacia Mills

Stacia Mills has extensive experience in education and talent recruitment, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Recruitment at KIPP Nashville Public Schools since July 2020, previously holding the titles of Manager of Talent Recruitment and Lead Teacher. Prior to this, Stacia was involved in Vanderbilt's Programs for Talented Youth as an SAVY Instructional Coach and Administration from June 2017 to July 2021. Stacia's teaching career includes positions at Rutherford County Schools from July 2015 to May 2020 and Knox County Schools from July 2014 to July 2015. Stacia holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the American College of Education.
