Andi Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as a Research Assistant at Stanford University in 2008. They then worked as a Marketing Intern at ReputationDefender and a Co-Founder at FromConcentrate. In 2010, Andi served as a MAP Energy Fellow at Rocky Mountain Institute before returning to Stanford as a Graduate Student in Modeling and Policy Analysis.
In 2011, Andi joined Energy Solutions as a Project Manager II, where they stayed until 2014. They then moved to KIPP Bay Area Schools, where they held the position of Associate Director of Data & Evaluation. At KIPP, Andi oversaw data infrastructure and platform strategy, managed and developed teammates, and collaborated with stakeholders on tool design and development.
Andi's next role was as the Director of Unified Data Systems at the San Francisco Unified School District in 2018. They also worked as a Data & Evaluation Consultant for a self-employed position before joining KIPP Public Schools Northern California in 2019. At KIPP, Andi has held various roles, including Associate Director of Data and Evaluation, Director of Data and Evaluation, and currently, Managing Director of Data & Technology.
Andi Gonzalez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science & Engineering, with a focus on Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, from Stanford University. Andi attended Stanford University from 2005 to 2009. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Science & Engineering, specializing in Policy Analysis. Andi attended Stanford University again from 2008 to 2010 to obtain their Master's degree.
