Radhika Sharma

Radhika Sharma has a diverse work experience in various industries. Radhika started their career as a Marketing and Advertising Coordinator at Nearo, an app startup. In this role, they were responsible for copywriting, coordinating advertising campaigns, social media marketing, and brand development. Radhika also provided feedback on app production and design and collaborated with a team to generate app awareness.

After Nearo, Radhika worked as an Amazon Marketing Ambassador, where they promoted Amazon products and services. Radhika then became a Product Sales Consultant at Casper, assisting customers with their purchases.

Radhika also worked as a Community Manager at Sutter Health and as a Digital Media Coordinator at MDC Consulting. Radhika gained experience in community management and digital media coordination during these roles.

Furthermore, Radhika joined Red Panel Creative as a Commercial Marketing employee, where they modeled and featured in various commercials for the Golden State Warriors and the San Francisco Giants.

In 2018, Radhika worked as an Operations Administrator at the KIPP Foundation, a non-profit organization. Radhika then became an Event Coordinator at Flamingo Banquet Halls, where they managed events and ensured their smooth execution.

From 2021 to 2022, Radhika served as the Director of Education at Sunset Montessori School. In this position, they provided a quality education space, managed the learning environment, and secured funding through grants and alternative sources.

Currently, Radhika is working as a Career Integration Manager at KIPP Public Schools Northern California.

Radhika Sharma completed their education chronologically, starting with Diablo Valley College from 2014 to 2016. There, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business. Following this, from 2016 to 2018, they attended San Francisco State University and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Marketing. Lastly, from 2023 to 2025, they studied at Palo Alto University, where they earned a Master's in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling.
