Erin Ford

Erin Ford, MBA, has a diversified background in human resources. Erin currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at KIPP SoCal Public Schools, where they manage employee relations, provides performance management consultation, and contributes to strategic planning. Prior to this role, Erin worked at True Religion Brand Jeans, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator and progressing to Senior Human Resources Generalist. During their time there, they oversaw the company's employee engagement and wellness program and developed partnerships with external organizations. Before joining True Religion, Erin held positions at Foothill Family and Fashion Nova as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they handled various HR tasks such as employee record management, verifications, and providing support to managers. Erin also gained experience as a Children's Social Worker at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. Erin began their HR career as an intern at Dignity Health.

Erin Ford, MBA, completed their education in a progressive and focused manner. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Tuskegee University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. Later, they pursued higher education at Mount Saint Mary's University from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
