Lissa Palacios

1st Grade Teacher at KIPP SoCal Public Schools

Lissa Palacios started their career in 2011 as an Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2013, they worked as an Intern at West Middle School. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Youth Program Coordinator at Eastmont Community Center. Since 2017, they have been employed at KIPP LA Schools as a 1st Grade Teacher.

Lissa Palacios began their education at Schurr High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their High School diploma. Following their high school education, they attended Cerritos College from 2010 to 2013, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Studies. Continuing their studies, Lissa then attended California State University, Long Beach from 2014 to 2016, where they achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies.
