Samir Kale

Samir Kale serves as Sr GM and Business Head for Construction Mining Oil and Gas at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited since November 2023. Prior experience includes Head of Product Development and Domain Leader for Alternate Fuels-Engine at Ashok Leyland, where Samir led teams in engine calibration and testing, developed product roadmaps, and forged partnerships with regulatory bodies. Notably managed the CNG BSVI OBD-1 & 2 engines initiative and led genset engine development programs. Previous roles at Cummins India Ltd involved leadership in business development, market strategy, and new product development. At Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Samir played a key role in the Arjun Ultra 1 and Agni projects. Samir holds a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
