Kirian Szwed

Kirian Szwed has extensive work experience in executive assistant roles, specifically supporting high-level executives in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. From 2000 to 2005, Kirian worked as a Sr. Executive Assistant at Polaroid. Following this, Kirian served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Business Officer at Indevus Pharmaceuticals from 2005 to 2009. From 2010 to 2012, Kirian worked at McKinsey & Company as an Executive Assistant to the Head of the Boston Office. Kirian then transitioned to Coronado Biosciences, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2013. From 2014 to 2015, Kirian held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Scientific Officer at Moderna. In 2016, Kirian joined Momenta Pharmaceuticals as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. Kirian then moved to Gemini Therapeutics in 2017, working as an Office & Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Kirian worked as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President of US Operations at POXEL. Currently, Kirian holds the position of Associate Director of Operations at Kisbee Therapeutics, which began in May 2021. Additionally, throughout the years, Kirian also pursued their passion as a Yoga Teacher from 2002 to 2015.
