Mizuki Sato-Berkeland leads the environmental health and safety vision, working with an interdisciplinary team committed to ensuring that Kisco Senior Living is a safe place for all. She is passionate about incorporating data-driven best practices with innovation to improve the health of populations and support organizational resiliency.
Prior to entering the senior living industry, Mizuki led healthcare process improvement projects focusing on redesigning clinical care pathways and improving patient outcomes. Her background also includes experience in community outreach and organizational emergency preparedness. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University.
