Jason Diniz-Wood

Jason Diniz-Wood has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jason began their career in 2005 as a Hockey Development Instructor with Canadian Varsity Hockey. Jason then transitioned to the role of Player Development Coordinator for the Female Varsity Flag Football Team at Cardinal Leger Secondary School in 2007. In 2011, they took on the position of Game Day Event Crew with Brampton Battalion Hockey Club while also serving as an Event Coordinator and Treasurer for the Dip Dive Dodge and Donate Charity Dodgeball Event.

From 2011 to 2013, Jason worked at the YMCA of Greater Toronto as a Sports Camp Program Supervisor and later as a Child, Youth, and Family Program Coordinator. Jason then joined SDI Marketing in 2012 and held various positions including Account Coordinator, Account Supervisor, Account Manager, and Client Services Manager. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Client Services at SDI Marketing.

Currently, Jason is associated with Kite Inc., where they initially served as the Director of Client Services before being promoted to Senior Director of Client Services in April 2020.

Jason Diniz-Wood completed a Post-Graduate Co-op Certificate in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Honors Recreation and Business from the University of Waterloo, graduating between 2007 and 2011. Jason also holds a certification in Standard First Aid and CPR from St. John Ambulance First Aid industry training & Health.
