David Riski

David Riski has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on real estate and commercial litigation. David is currently serving as the Vice President - Head of Legal Disputes at Kite Realty Group since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Retail Properties of America, Inc. as the Vice President - Associate Counsel from September 2015 to October 2021. Before that, David was an Attorney at Laduzinsky & Associates, P.C. from August 2011 to September 2015, where they managed real estate transactions, provided counsel to a construction company, and handled commercial litigation cases. David began their legal career at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP in July 2004, where they represented commercial landlords, handled product liability cases, and defended a foreign manufacturer in a significant arbitration case.

David Riski attended Northern Illinois University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. David'smajor was Political Science, and they minored in Business Administration. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at DePaul University College of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in the year 2000. After completing their education, David obtained additional certifications. In June 2003, they received the Managing Broker certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Additionally, in November 2000, they became a Licensed Attorney, obtaining this credential from the ARDC: Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois.
