Miguel Zuniga

Miguel Zuniga is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of People and Wellness at Microshare.io, where responsibilities include developing a compliance framework in collaboration with executive leadership and leading a cross-functional HR task force to enhance employee benefits across multiple countries. Previously, Miguel was the Head of People for the US at Gorillas, overseeing operational leadership while ensuring legal compliance. Miguel has extensive HR experience with The TJX Companies, Inc., H&M, Macy's Backstage, Forever 21, and Crossroads Trading, progressively advancing from roles such as Store Manager of Operations to Human Resources Generalist and Operations Manager.
