Pamela Alonso Vea

Pamela Alonso Vea is a seasoned professional in human resources with a strong focus on talent attraction, management, and development. Currently serving as the Talent Attraction & Management Manager at Backus since June 2018, Pamela has successfully led leadership capability evaluations and managed the People Alo implementation project in Peru using Agile methodology. Previously, at Electrolux, significant achievements include improving employee engagement scores and reducing turnover rates. Early career experiences at Nestlé, Ferreyros, and Scotiabank contributed to Pamela's expertise in learning and development, training program creation, and HR administration. Pamela holds degrees in Human Resource Administration from Universidad de Lima, a diploma in Human Capital Management from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, and a coaching certification in Neurolinguistic Programming. Additionally, Pamela furthered knowledge in People Analytics through a program at ABI Inbev México.
