Julia Fedosova

Julia Fedosova has a diverse work experience in various roles. Julia started their career as a Specialist in the conclusion of contracts at Ukrtelecom in December 2014 and worked there until November 2015. Julia then joined Cleveroad Inc. as an HR Manager / Technical Recruiter from November 2015 to June 2016. Following this, they worked as a Lecturer at HR School from October 2016 to March 2017. Julia then took on the role of a Technical Recruiter at TechHunt from July 2016 to August 2017. Julia furthered their career as a Technical Recruiter at Dev-Pro.net from August 2017 to January 2019, where they were responsible for recruitment and project management. In 2019, they worked as a Lecturer at Source iT from January 2019 to May 2020. Additionally, Julia worked at X1 Group as a Technical Recruiter from April 2019 to August 2019. Currently, they are employed at KitRUM, where they started as a Senior Technical Recruiter in February 2020 and later became the Lead Recruiting Manager in September 2021.

Julia Fedosova obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Julia then pursued a Master's Degree in Information Networks, with Honours, at the same university from 2014 to 2016.
