Tracey Ramsey

Tracey Ramsey has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tracey started their career at John Deere Landscapes as a Quote Specialist from April 2012 to November 2013. Tracey then joined Kitsap Mental Health Services as a Human Resources Technician in July 2014 and worked in that role until July 2020. At Kitsap Mental Health Services, Tracey progressed to become a Recruiter, where they efficiently determined salary offers and prepared accurate job descriptions. Tracey worked in this role from July 2020 to February 2022. Following their role as a Recruiter, Tracey became a Senior Recruiter, where they collaborated with leadership to design and administer the company's classification and compensation system. Tracey held this role from February 2022 to October 2022. After that, they became a Compensation Manager, where they oversaw the agency's classification and compensation system and developed recruitment strategies. Tracey worked in this role from October 2022 to April 2023. Currently, Tracey is working at Kitsap Mental Health Services as the Director of People Experience, starting in April 2023. In addition to their time at Kitsap Mental Health Services, they also worked at Western Governors University as a Faculty Evaluator from June 2022 to January 2023 and is currently a Lead Evaluator there since January 2023.

Tracey Ramsey holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources from Western Governors University. Tracey also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Tracey has obtained several certifications. Tracey is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP, and they are also a Certified Internet Recruiter from the same institution. Tracey holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Furthermore, they hold the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM and the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
