Paul Ryus

Paul Ryus is a Senior Principal Engineer at Kittelson & Associates, Inc. since July 1994, specializing in transit performance measurement, transit service planning, long-range city and county transportation planning, and traffic engineering. Additionally, Paul served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Portland State University from April 2004 to June 2009, instructing courses on Public Transportation Systems. Paul holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University, obtained between 1992 and 1994, and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, earned from 1982 to 1986.
