Ellen Hoch

Ellen Hoch has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search, currently working at KKR & Co. Inc. since March 2021. Previously, Ellen served as a Partner at Westwood Partners from June 2004 to October 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing one of the largest financial services-focused executive search boutiques and contributing to the establishment of two ventures: Connectivity Ventures Fund and TalentStat. Earlier in career, Ellen worked as an Equity Research Associate at Citi, where research focused on the specialty retail industry, and as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Ellen developed the firm's inaugural leadership development service. Ellen holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
